Online Store Sales:
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Delivery Timeline:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as shipping method, location, processing time, and shipping carrier.
Return Process:
Upon receiving the return request, our team will provide instructions and a return authorization code (RAC) for the return shipment.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our designated return address, using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions: Certain items, such as intimate apparel and accessories, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Any exceptions to our return policy will be clearly communicated to customers at the time of purchase.
Offline Store Sales:
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The same standards for eligibility apply as with online purchases.
Return Process:
Customers must present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, when returning items to our offline stores.
Our store staff will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the return criteria.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange Option: In addition to refunds, customers may also opt for an exchange for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
Store Credits: For in-store returns without a receipt, customers may receive store credits or a gift card equivalent to the current selling price of the returned item(s).
